Our End-Of-Line testers are well suited for critical product functionality and parameters testing on a high volume assembly or production line.
These testers are built for production testing of a proven product design as they do not provide the same device characterization and testing flexibility as our Functionality / Parametric testers.
Our EOL testers offer the following advantages:
For customers of our Functionality/Parametric testers, we are able to import parts of the tester modular design into a new EOL tester. This results in a shorter tester development time as well as significant cost-saving to our clients.
In some cases we are also able to modify our Functionality testers to perform as an EOL tester, further reducing final cost to our clients.
